Describe the steps
Give the workflow a name and explain what should happen. Workforce compiles a sequence of two to six steps, selecting workers and connected apps for each step. It can retry compilation if something goes wrong.
Use the same controls
Your custom engine appears on the same task board and follows the same permissions as built-in engines. Outbound steps require approval by default unless you explicitly change that setting. Each step producing an output uses one task.
Commission a tailored engine
Share your answers to seven plain-language questions, your brand guidelines and up to three examples of work you would approve. Those examples help establish tone, quality and the decisions that make your process distinctive.
Agree the scope and price

Save work you repeat
Turn a multi-step job into a saved routine. Schedule recurring or one-off work such as follow-ups, reports and reminders. Scheduling does not bypass task allowances or approval settings.
Build a view of your business
Upload a spreadsheet to create a dashboard or ask the console to track something. Dashboards can update on request and during their regular checks. Organisation owners can also enable additional engines from the marketplace.
