Workforce 2.0

No surprises

What it does not do.

Every product page on this site makes strong claims. This is the page that makes them worth believing. Nothing here is a roadmap promise; it is what is true today.

Platforms

The Mac build is not out yet

Windows 10 and 11, Linux, and Android today. Mac and iPhone builds are in progress and going through Apple signing and review, so if you are on a Mac, wait for the email rather than the download.

Read-aloud voices are Windows only

Text-to-speech and voice cloning cover six languages — English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish — and there is no Android path for either.

Sales

It does not watch for replies

There is no reply rate, and nobody is added to the do-not-contact list automatically because they replied asking to be. Automatic reply detection is not implemented.

What we do instead: the do-not-contact list is real and is checked against every outbound message on every channel, at the moment of sending. You add to it yourself.

Video

No lip-sync

A generated character stays the same person from scene to scene, but their mouth does not match the words. If you need a talking avatar, this will not do it.

Scenes do not flow into each other

Each clip is filmed independently, so you get cuts between scenes rather than a continuous camera move across them.

What we do instead: a timeline editor, so you cut it deliberately.

Saving a film is not instant

It is a real re-encode in the browser, so a three-minute film takes about three minutes.

What we do instead: the button tells you the wait before you press it.

Renders are never in a subscription

Pictures and video are charged each time you make one, on every plan. We are billed by the second for them, so a flat fee covering unlimited would be a promise we could not fund.

Marketing and documents

It publishes what you approve, and only that

Approving a slot in the calendar does send that post to its platform. But nothing goes out that you have not approved, so this is not an unattended posting robot.

No Word documents out

Word goes in as a source CV. What comes out is a PDF. If an employer demands .docx, this will not produce one.

Offline and privacy

It does not work fully offline

Reading and indexing your own files works with no connection at all. Anything that needs an AI needs the network.

We will not claim nothing ever leaves

Your files and your memory genuinely never leave the machine. Model requests are different: if your own key has been refusing for about 90 seconds and you are signed in, engine work can be carried on our connection so the run finishes.

It is opt-in, you can switch it off, and conversations never use it. The full explanation →

Meetings

It does not join the call

There is no bot that dials into a meeting. It records the room through your own microphone while you sit there, so it hears whatever your microphone hears, and it never speaks in the meeting.

One thing we deliberately will not tell you

Which AI model served a particular request. You get quality tiers instead.

That is on purpose. It lets us move to something better when it arrives without changing what you bought, and it stops the product being defined by whichever name is fashionable this quarter.
