What is Workforce, and do I need technical skills?
Workforce is an app for Windows, Linux and Android that helps complete business workflows. Describe a job by typing or speaking. An assistant organizes it with a planner and specialist workers. A ready-made workflow is called an engine. Open the app and sign in to the connected tools you want to use. Keep up with what competitors charge.
What does it cost?
Free includes 300 tasks monthly. Basic costs $29.99 monthly for 3,000 tasks. Pro is $299.99 monthly for 30,000 tasks. Enterprise is $29.99 per seat monthly with 3,000 tasks per seat pooled. Yearly plans cost ten monthly payments. Extra tasks use prepaid credits at $0.03 each. Images and video use separate media credits.
What counts as a task?
One output-producing engine or memory-build step counts as one task. Examples include an accepted lead, draft, sent message, competitor check or memory file. Finding leads, competitors and job posts is free. Assistant chat and voice, CRM AI and the AI calls within a step are not counted. CRM and History & memory require Basic or above.
Where does my information go?
Documents and memory are stored and indexed locally. AI work needs internet and sends request content to the services used for that work. Team sharing uses your own Drive. Local files remain yours when you stop using the app.
Can it send something without asking?
Sending, publishing and spending require approval by default. You can change individual engine step settings. When approval is required, no response within 90 seconds stops the action. You can choose read only or draft only, restrict worker app access and pause workers.
How do teams and accounts work?
An Enterprise holder creates an organisation. Members can join by invite code and use pooled tasks and features. Shared knowledge syncs hourly. Multiple Google accounts can be connected, with each job assigned to a specific account. Updates require approval, with rollback available if a new version fails.
What are the important limits?
Mac and iPhone downloads are not available. Sales does not detect replies or automatically add opt-outs to its suppression list. Video does not support lip-sync. Job documents are PDFs and you submit them yourself. Meeting recording does not join a call. AI work is not fully offline.
What can I connect?
The app ships with a catalogue of 36 connectors, including Google tools, work apps, finance and research services. Sign in to the accounts you need. Existing standard connector setup can be imported from Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code or Windsurf. We choose the AI behind task engines, so you can focus on the work.
