Do I have to set these up?
The ones that need no account are working the moment you install. The rest take a normal sign-in, and you can do them one at a time as you need them rather than facing a setup wizard on day one.
Already set these up in another app?
Bring them over in one click, from Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code or Windsurf. If you have already done this configuration once, you do not have to do it again.
For anyone who has spent an afternoon wiring connectors into another tool, that afternoon transfers. It is the single biggest reason switching is not painful.
Does using a cheaper AI limit what it can do?
No. The app holds the connections open and whichever AI is running calls tools through them. Switching quality tiers never changes what the product can reach.

“Connections are owned by the application, not by any model or provider.”
This is why routing cheap models at simple steps costs you nothing in capability. A cheap model with your Gmail connection can still read your Gmail.
Can I use two Google accounts?
Yes, at the same time, with each job pinned to a specific account. If you run the diaries of two executives, their mail and their files stay separate.
Can I connect something you don't ship?
Yes. Any standard connector can be added, however it runs. Anything remote has to be over a secure connection unless it is on your own machine.
So the product is not limited to what came in the box, and you are not waiting on us to add the tool your business already runs on.
Which Google services?
The ones a business actually recognises: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Maps, YouTube, Ads and Analytics.
- Read, search and send email on your behalf.
- See and create calendar events, and check who is free.
- Read files, search documents, and build dashboards out of spreadsheets.
- Live traffic and directions.
The full catalogue runs to several hundred Google services, but most of those are cloud infrastructure that a business will never touch. We would rather list the ten you will use than advertise a number you would have to go digging through.
Can it use my computer directly?
Optionally. It can act on the desktop and see which applications you have installed. This is off unless you turn it on, and it is covered by the same approval rules as everything else.
