Four plans, one way to count
Free is $0 with 300 tasks each month. Basic is $29.99 monthly or $299.90 yearly with 3,000 monthly tasks. Pro is $299.99 monthly or $2,999.90 yearly with 30,000 tasks. Enterprise is $29.99 per seat monthly or $299.90 per seat yearly, with 3,000 monthly tasks per seat pooled across the organisation. Prices are in USD; India plan subscriptions are charged in USD. What one task means
One task is an engine or memory-building step that produces an output. Accepting a found lead, competitor or job posting uses one task. A written draft, sent message, competitor analysis or check, and a file built into memory each use one task. Several AI calls within a step do not make it several tasks.
What does not use tasks
Finding leads, competitors and job postings is free. Chat and voice with the assistant are not counted. CRM AI drafts, answers and summaries are not counted. Images and video renders use separate media credits, rather than your task allowance. CRM and History & memory are available on Basic, Pro and Enterprise, not Free.
A real example
Finding 200 companies uses no tasks. Accepting 40, drafting one message to each and sending those 40 messages uses 120 tasks. Each follow-up sent adds one task; a separately generated draft is another output step. For a job search, 15 accepted postings plus a CV and cover letter for each use 45 tasks.
When the allowance runs out
Extra tasks cost $0.03 each and are paid from prepaid task credits. When the plan allowance and credits are exhausted, the app stops and asks you to upgrade. It does not run a negative task-credit balance.
Images and video are separate
AI image and video renders are paid from media credits on every plan, including Pro. The price appears before you render. Approving an image prompt is free. Your task allowance covers the output-producing steps in your workflows; media credits cover rendered images and video.

An Enterprise plan holder can create an organisation. Anyone can join using an invite code, including a Free user. Members share the organisation’s pooled tasks and features. The owner chooses which engines the organisation uses.
