Workforce 2.0

Pay for what it finishes.

Everyday work costs nothing, because it runs on your own free Google key. You pay per job finished, and you see the price before it spends.

Every job is one of two things

There is no third state, and there is no token meter running in the background. That is the whole pricing model.

Either

It is free

It ran on your own free Google key, or on a free tier. The app charges nothing for it, and nothing accumulates anywhere. Most everyday work lands here, because it picks a cheap model for the simple steps on purpose.

€0.00

Or

It is a fixed price you saw first

A flat fee for a finished job, shown before the work starts. Ten cents for a lead you decide to keep. One euro for a tailored application. The same number every time, not a token count you have to reverse-engineer afterwards.

Why this matters more than the rate

Per-token billing asks you to predict a unit you cannot count, for work you have not seen yet. That is what stops people using AI properly: not the price, the uncertainty. Here you always know which of the two states you are in before anything runs.

What would a month actually cost me?

Per-unit prices are hard to picture, so here are three real months with the arithmetic shown. The full list is further down if you would rather work it out yourself.

Two-person consultancy

Doing outbound

It finds 200 companies, which costs nothing. You look through them and keep 40, at €0.10 each. It writes the outreach and chases the follow-ups.

about €12 a month

Small shop

Running its own social

Two campaigns of three posts, and watching ten competitors for anything going viral. No paid images or video.

about €4 a month

One person

Job hunting

Fifteen applications, each with a CV and cover letter written for that specific job, and every posting checked to be sure it is still open.

Is there a free version?

The app is free to download, and the everyday work is free to run. It uses your own free Google key, and it picks a cheap AI for simple steps and a strong one only where the job needs it. You pay when an engine finishes something chargeable.

How to get the free key, step by step →

What happens when my free allowance runs out?

The job keeps going. Your own key is tried first, always. If it has been refusing for about 90 seconds and you are signed in, engine work is carried on our connection instead so a run finishes rather than dying halfway.

One thing this cannot rescue

Steps that drive a real browser, like studying your brand or reading a competitor's pages, cannot be carried that way. Those stop and say so rather than guessing at an answer. We would rather tell you here than have you discover it mid-run.

What does each thing cost?

Prices are per finished job and are shown in the app before the work runs. Free-tier AI is used automatically wherever it is good enough, so a lot of the steps inside these jobs cost nothing at all.

These are estimates, not fixed prices. Engines charge a flat fee per finished task, and the per-cycle numbers come from counting the tasks a typical run needs. In the app's own words: actuals depend on content size and how much you approve.

What do subscriptions include?

A subscription makes that one engine's per-job fees free for the period. They are optional and only worth it at volume. Cancel any time and it keeps working until the period you paid for actually ends.

Why isn't the video studio on a subscription?

Because almost all of its cost is per-second rendering that we get billed for by someone else. A flat monthly fee would be a promise we could not fund, so we do not make it.

The same applies to pictures and video inside marketing

Those are charged each time you render one, on every plan, including the €249 one. Approving an image prompt costs nothing. You render in the studio when you actually want the picture, and that is the moment it is charged.

We would rather put this on the pricing page than in a footnote you find later.

Can I run up a bill by accident?

No. It checks your balance before starting a chargeable job rather than after, and it stops at zero instead of running a negative balance. Anything that spends money also needs your approval first.
