Legal
Terms of Service you can actually read.
This is the agreement between you and Workforce 2.0. It is written to be understood, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Last updated 7 October 2026. Version 2026-10-07.1. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to what follows.
Your account
You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and to give accurate details when you sign up. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password and your API keys to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
If you sign up for an organisation, you are confirming you have the authority to bind it, and the organisation is bound by these terms too.
Acceptable use
The product automates outreach and handles real people's data, so this section is not decorative.
- Do not break the law with it, and do not use it to help anyone else do so.
- Do not send messages you have no lawful basis to send. Anti-spam and marketing rules still apply to you when a machine does the sending.
- Do not upload personal data you have no right to hold, and honour opt-outs and suppression requests when you get them.
- Do not upload special-category data — health, biometric, government identifiers — without a signed agreement covering it.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as your own product without our written agreement.
- Do not use it to harass, defraud, impersonate, or produce material that sexualises children.
We may suspend an account that is doing these things. Where the breach is serious or ongoing we can do so without notice, because waiting would make us part of it.
Data protection roles
For your account details, we are the controller. For personal data you bring into the product, you are the controller and we are your processor, acting on your instructions. The Privacy Notice sets out what that means in practice, and it forms part of these terms.
You confirm that you have a lawful basis for the personal data you upload, that you have given the people concerned whatever notice the law requires, and that you will handle their access, correction and deletion requests. If you need a data processing agreement or a Business Associate Agreement, ask and we will put one in place. Until one is signed, the categories of data it would have covered should not be uploaded.
AI output, and what you must still check
AI output can be confidently wrong. It can invent a fact, a citation or a price. The product is built to keep you in the loop for exactly this reason, and sending, publishing and spending all stop and wait for your approval.
Anything with legal, financial, medical, safety or employment consequences needs a competent human to check it before it is acted on. You remain responsible for what you approve. The software is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law insists on, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
What it does not do is a longer, blunter list, and it is worth reading before you rely on anything.
Liability
Most terms pages claim total immunity here. That claim is void in every jurisdiction that matters, so this one says what is actually enforceable instead.
Subject to the paragraph below, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or lost data beyond that cap.
What that cap does not touch. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited. That includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, and our own statutory obligations as a processor under applicable data protection law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Your right to compensation under Article 82 of the GDPR, and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, exist independently of this agreement and are not signed away by accepting it.
Your indemnity. You will cover us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from personal data you uploaded without a lawful basis, from your breach of the acceptable use section, or from messages you sent through the product that you had no right to send.
Payment, changes and termination
Paid plans and credits are charged as described on the pricing page . Task workflows use models provided and selected by Workforce. Plan allowances, task credits and media credits are described on the pricing page.
Plans (Free, Basic, Pro, Enterprise) renew monthly or yearly until cancelled and are charged in USD in India, or your local currency elsewhere at checkout. Each plan includes a monthly task allowance. Extra tasks are paid from task credits at $0.03 each; images and video are paid from media credits. Credits are prepaid. Enterprise seats are billed per seat, and only the Enterprise holder can create an organisation.
You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like. We can end or suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms, or with reasonable notice otherwise. When an account ends you keep whatever is stored on your own machine, because it was never anywhere else. Sections that are meant to outlast the agreement — liability, indemnity, and anything about data already processed — continue to apply.
If we change these terms materially, we bump the version and ask you to accept the new one rather than editing this page quietly. Continuing to use the service after a material change means you accept it.
