Upload your CV and describe the roles you want. Matching focuses on jobs your experience can reasonably support. The engine changes how that experience is presented for a role; it should not add qualifications or achievements you do not have.
Check that the listing is real and current
Every link is opened and checked for ten common failure cases: a missing site, page error, expired posting, help page, sign-in page, generic careers page, closed applications, missing job description, a list of jobs rather than one job, or an unrelated redirect.
Prepare documents for the role
The engine compares the job description with your source CV and drafts a tailored CV and cover letter. Claims are checked against the source text, and generic filler is removed. It can use the language expected by the posting.
Edit the version you will use
Make changes directly in the draft. The PDF is rebuilt from your edits, so the final document reflects your review. Word documents can be used as input, but the app does not export .docx.
You submit the application
Workforce prepares documents; it does not automatically apply for you. Check every claim and send the documents yourself through the verified posting. Live checks reduce wasted effort but cannot guarantee an interview or acceptance by an applicant tracking system.
