Communication engine
Your mail stays unread until you have read it yourself.
It reads the mailboxes you choose, drafts replies that sound like you, and catches the things people quietly assign you. Nothing sends without your say-so.
Will it mark my email as read?
No. Your mail stays unread until you have read it yourself. That is enforced in the code, not requested of the AI in a prompt, because a prompt is not a guarantee and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
It matters more than it sounds. An assistant that reads your inbox for you and leaves everything marked read has taken away the one signal you use to know what you have actually seen.
Will it send anything on its own?
No. Nothing sends without your say-so. Drafts wait. If you are not there to answer, the send is refused rather than quietly going out.
From a comment in the code:
“unattended runs should not silently send messages to real people.”
How does it sound like me?
It learns from your own past correspondence: how you open, how you sign off, how blunt you are, what you never say. That becomes a profile you can open and edit by hand.
- It distils overnight, so it gets closer to you every week rather than staying where it started.
- The profile is a plain text file you own. Correct it and your correction survives every rebuild.
- What a customer said to you can never end up in an answer about your business. That wall only runs one way, by design.
What can it read?
Email, WhatsApp and your social pages, and you choose which mailboxes and groups it touches. Anything you do not point it at, it never sees.
Does it catch things people assign me?
Yes. It pulls the buried asks out of long threads into a list, so the request in paragraph four of a Tuesday email does not disappear.
For assistants
If you run somebody else's diary
This engine is built for the job you already do, and it is careful about the parts of it that matter.
It drafts in their voice, not yours
The profile it learns is per mailbox, so a reply going out over their name reads like them.
Their inbox stays untouched
Nothing is marked read, nothing is filed, nothing is archived. They open their mail to exactly what they expected.
Two executives, no crossover
Several Google accounts can be signed in at once, and each task is pinned to one of them. Their mail and their drafts stay separate.
You still hold the send
Every draft comes to you. It is a faster first pass, not somebody sending mail over your head.
What does it cost?
€0.02 to €0.05 per reply drafted. Reading costs nothing. If you are drafting all day, €99 a month covers unlimited replies across email, WhatsApp and every social page.
Questions
Does it need my email password?
No. You sign in to Google the normal way and the app holds the connection. The tokens live outside the app and are never bundled with it.
Can I stop it seeing one mailbox?
Yes. You pick which mailboxes and groups it reads, and you can change that at any time.
What if it drafts something wrong?
You edit it or bin it. Nothing leaves without you pressing send, and the edits teach it.
Does it work with Outlook?
Gmail is the supported mailbox today. WhatsApp and social pages work alongside it.
